The legendary pacer predicts the semi-finals of the 2021 T20 World Cup
Meanwhile, legendary pacer Wasim Akram gave his verdict on the teams that will reach the semifinals of the T20 World Cup. Speaking at Salaam Cricket 2021, the former Pakistani cricketer said: “For me, the four teams that can reach the semi-finals are India, the West Indies, Pakistan and England.”
India and England are two of the strongest teams and many experts believe that one of these two teams will win the World Cup. That said, the West Indies are also a strong team and having won two trophies previously, the team is well versed in pressure situations. However, bowling is said to be a problem for the team. Pakistan has a strong team with cricketers like Babar Azam and Shaheen Afridi. The middle order has experience in the form of Mohammed Hafeez and Shoaib Malik. However, the team can be unpredictable at times. If they can avoid it, they can do well in the competition.
